Kelly Keen is an experienced project manager and fitness instructor for 30 years who has worked for Roche & Genentech and now VP of Project Management with Celonic AG in Basel and Heidelberg. She has lived in 5 countries on 3 continents.
As a member of the ISPE International Board of Directors, she offers an insight into her life, working internationally and how she manages stress related problems with her and her team.

Information about the speaker:
Kelly holds a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Illinois and a MBA in International Business from the Golden Gate University. After starting her career in life-sciences in assistant architect and project manager positions at engineering firms in the San Francisco Bay area, she joined Genentech as a Sr. Project manager for 9 years. During that time she was responsible for different facilities in the US and Singapore among which a biomanufacturing facility for ECP1 in Singapore was awared the Interphex Facility of Year in 2010.
In 2013 she did an internal shift to Hoffmann-La Roche AG working inbetween South San Francisco and Basel, Switzerland in the Project Portfolio Management and as the global project manager for biologics.
Since summer 2018 Kelly joined the Celonic AG, headquartered in Basel, functioning as the Vice President of project management.
Beside her formidable career in the pharmaceutical industry she is an active member of the ISPE and part of the International Board of Directors and a very valuable supporter of the global Emerging Leaders community.
