Ingenieure arbeiten mit, in und an Projekten. Dem Projektmanagement dieser teilweise sehr komplexen Projekte kommt eine große Bedeutung zu, steht doch das Projektteam seinem Auftraggeber für die Termine, Kosten (Aufwand) und Ergebnisse ein. Mit den externen Lieferanten und Dienstleistern zusammen ergibt sich ein komplexes Gebilde.
In unseren Workshops lernen wir durch den Austausch von Erfahrungen. Die Gruppe trifft sich mit Interessierten mindestens einmal im Jahr, in aller Regel zum Jahresanfang, und behandelt ein Schwerpunktthema.
